Returns & exchanges
At YL Collective, we take pride in the quality and accuracy of every order. If for any reason you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
- Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- If a return or exchange is required due to an error by YL Collective, return delivery costs will be fully covered by us when reported within 3 days of purchase.
- For customer-related errors (including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect delivery details), the client will be responsible for all delivery costs.
- For all return or exchange requests made after 3 days from the date of purchase, delivery costs will be covered by the client, regardless of the reason.
- Exchanges may be requested only within 7 days of purchase and are subject to product availability. Where the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers will be offered a store credit. Please note that YL Collective operates a strict no-refund policy.
- Requests made after the period of 7 days will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Non-returnable items
Items marked Final Sale, discounted items, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
YL Collective reserves the right to amend or decline returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
